Freelance Client - Papa's Frostings Bakery

Papa’s Frostings is a bakery concept based in Italy, founded by a family from Pakistan who wanted to honor their late grandfather and his cherished recipes. The owners reached out to me to design the complete brand identity and visual direction for their investor pitch deck ahead of the bakery’s launch.

I developed the logo, submark, icon, color palette, and a series of packaging and advertisement mockups that reflected the bakery’s heartfelt story. The logo features a customized cursive typeface that I refined through unique kerning and hand-drawn curves to evoke warmth and personality. For the icon, I created a stylized mustache inspired by piped frosting — a nod to the grandfather’s signature mustache and his love for baking. This motif extended into a playful pattern combining the mustache with a tobacco pipe, another of his trademarks.

The color palette and packaging design emphasize a soft, welcoming aesthetic — warm, charming, and inviting — to capture the comforting essence of homemade sweets and family tradition.
